Albert Improved: Makes Albert somewhat usable
Albert Improved is a Chrome add-on developed by albertimproved. This free program aims to enhance the usability of the Albert platform by searching and replacing confusing abbreviations and course codes with more clear ones. It is designed to make navigating and understanding course listings easier for students.
Currently, the add-on provides functionality for a few subjects, including CORE-UA, CHEM-UA, CSCI-UA, MATH-UA, FREN-UA, and AHSEM-UA. For example, it replaces "CORE-UA 105" with "Quantitative Reasoning: Elementary Statistics -- CORE-UA 105". However, it is important to note that this is an alpha version and is very incomplete.
While Albert Improved shows promise in its goal of improving the usability of the Albert platform, it is still in its early stages of development. Users can expect more functionality and subject support to be added in future updates as necessary.
